Onsite charges are based upon an hourly rate plus a service fee depending on location.

There is no service fee for Exeter, North Kingstown, Richmond, Charlestown, South Kingstown, Jamestown or Narragansett.

$20 Service is added to: Providence, Cranston, Warwick, West Warwick, Coventry, West Greenwich, East Greenwich, Newport, Hopkington, Westerly and Block Island.

$40 Service is added to: Foster, Scituate, Johnston, North Providence, East Providence, and Portsmouth.

$60 Service is added to: Pawtucket, Smithfield, Lincoln, Cumberland, Woonsocket, North Smithfield, Glocester, Burrillville, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Tiverton, and Little Compton.

Onsite Business Rates

$80 per hour: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (minimum 1 hr)

$110 per hour nights, weekends & holidays

Onsite Residential Rates

$60 per hour: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (minimum 1 hr)

$90 per hour nights, weekends & holidays

Remote Support

$45 per hour using the Technical Troubleshooter remote support tool.
