How to use Remote Assistance (Windows XP)

Click on this link to the Remote Assistance Program:

A window like the one below will appear. Choose 'Run' by left-clicking on the button (if you run Firefox or another browser you may have to download the file prior to running it).

A second warning box may appear depending on your internet security settings. This is the Remote Assistance application from our website. Select 'Run'.

The Cents-able Remote Support window will now open. You can select one of the support choices by double-clicking in the left window. You should be on the phone with with us at this point and we will guide you through this process. Clicking 'Cancel' will close the application and end Remote Support.

Once a support option has been double-clicked, a connection will be made to the Cents-able computer. A bubble pop-up will appear over the taskbar while your computer is waiting to connect. Once the connection is made the support session can begin.

You can terminate the session at any time by clicking the penny icon in the lower right of the taskbar. The software will immediately delete itself from you system
